• Arrival at the airport, meeting with our driver. Transfer to your hotel, settling in, and rest.

• Visit of Gandantegchinlen Monastery. In the morning, lamas get together to pray. They will answer your questions at the Mongolian Buddhist Centre.

• Visit of the biggest market of the capital Naran Tuul, where anything can be found. A worth-seeing for the most curious of you.

• Walk in the centre of Ulan-Bator. Discovery of Gengis Khan Square and the House of Parliament.

Ulan Bator - Terelj Village

• Journey to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, a real gorgeous white setting at the gates of the capital : rocky formations sculpted by erosion, mountains tree-filled with pines, plains scattered with wild flowers and edelweiss, rivers and lakes.

Base camp - Bosgiin Guur

• We set off our 5 day-trip. At first by car, for a few kilometers, along the river, before - reaching the intersection of Terelj and Tuul rivers, where our dogs will be awaiting.

• Let’s go towards North, for Khagiin Khar nuur “the Black lake”.

• We’ll slide until reaching the camp of a nomadic family at Bosgiin Guur, through a magical scenery. Enkhtaivan and Mungoo will give us a warm welcome, after this first amazing day.

Bosgiin Guur - Tsodoo's family camp

• This new day will take us to Khar Us, with a more smoothy terrain, making the ride even nicer. We'll enjoy a splendid view on the neighbourings and the mountains around with their perpetual snow.

  Pic-nic around Khar us camp, where 4 to 5 families have set their gers to face the roughness of the winter.

• An enjoyable evening among Tsodoo and his lovely family.

• Always towards North, we will cross wilder parts of the park.

• During this 50km-loop on the top of Tuul river and towards Khagiin river, few encounters with horsemen will spice up the day.

  Back to Tsodoo’s for a well-deserved rest

• Let’s slide back for 35km until reaching Enkhtaïvan camp, further south in the valley.

• The rythm has slown-down a bit to let us observe the magnificient scenery and the spoors left by the wild animals

• Enkhtaiven and Mungo will welcome us either in their wooden house or in the ger next door.

• This adventure is coming to an end; way back to Bosgiin Guur via Tuul river.

• Arrival at Terelj and transfer to your camp. Last heart touching moment with these amazing dogs, before driving back to Ulaan Bataar.
