The lodge

Created by Nicolas Martin, the Babaomby Island Lodge is the historic center of the Emerald-sea in Diego-Suarez. It offers you lodging front of the lagoon and provide restaurant and its kite surf and windsurf center for you. Enjoy this magical place by waking up every morning in front of the Emerald Sea. We offer you to stay in one of our 10 bungalows each with breathtaking view on the lagoon. Our bungalows are made of wood, on stilts, with a roof in traditional leaves. Each of these bungalows is equipped with a small terrace and deckchairs. Each bathroom is equipped with washbasin, shower with hot water and separate W-C.

Restaurant

At Babaomby Island Lodge we focused on the friendliness and interactivity between you and our team. For this reason, we set up every day a large table to allow you to have lunch together and we join you! The restaurant is located just above our kitesurf / windsurf center, on a small hill with a stunning view on the lagoon! We are cooking everyday fresh products, fresh fish, catch of the day by Lita our fisherman, zebu, shrimps, market vegetables, seasonal fruits, etc …

At the Lodge we have telephone network, wi-fi, electricity and therefore the possibility of charging all your electrical appliances (Phones, cameras, computers, Go Pro …)
