Modalité d'inscription

Toute demande d’inscription doit être effectuée par e-mail auprès de l'Agence Locale ou directement en ligne depuis l'Espace Client accessible depuis le site internet de l’Agence Locale ou le site de notre regroupement www.nomadays.fr.

Pour se connecter à l'Espace Client, il suffit de saisir l'identifiant et le mot de passe déterminés lors de la première connexion.

L’inscription est considérée comme définitive une fois le formulaire de réservation en ligne complété et à réception du règlement de l’acompte et/ou du solde en fonction de la date d’inscription.

Selon les prestations choisies et les règlements du pays, une photocopie du passeport pourra être demandée par l'Agence Locale. En cas de non envoi de la photocopie du passeport dans les délais indiqués par l'Agence Locale, celle-ci ne pourra pas garantir la bonne exécution des prestations réservées.

Une fois le paiement effectué, un e-mail de confirmation est envoyé au Client. Il comprend la confirmation du règlement ainsi que la facture électronique téléchargeable.

Un accusé de réception est envoyé au Client par voie électronique. Dans l’hypothèse où le Client ne recevrait pas l’accusé de réception, la réservation serait néanmoins définitive à compter de sa réception par l'Agence Locale.

Modalité de paiement

Inscription réalisée plus de 30 jours avant la date du départ

Le Client doit payer un acompte de 30% du montant total des prestations réservées. Le solde du séjour doit être versé au plus tard à 30 jours avant la date de début dudit séjour.

Inscription réalisée moins de 30 jours avant la date du départ

Le Client doit régler en une seule fois la totalité du montant du voyage.

Cancellation Conditions and Fees

If the Client is required to cancel the trip, they must inform the Local Agency and their insurer by any written means that allows for an acknowledgment of receipt, as soon as the event triggering the cancellation occurs. The issuance date of the written notification will be considered as the cancellation date for the calculation of cancellation fees. Generally, the insurance company will assess, based on the documents provided directly by the Client, the date of the event that led to the cancellation decision to determine whether the cancellation fees will be reimbursed.

Total Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• More than 45 days before departure: 30% of the total trip price including taxes
• Between 44 and 31 days before departure: 40% of the total trip price including taxes
• Between 30 and 14 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price including taxes
• Between 13 and 7 days before departure: 75% of the total trip price including taxes
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total trip price including taxes

Partial Cancellation Fee Schedule, except in special cases:

If a traveler registered for a private trip cancels their participation while the trip is still going ahead for the other participants:

• For personal (non-shared) services: the cancellation fee schedule above will be applied to the traveler who cancels.
• For shared services: fees equal to 100%, regardless of the cancellation date, will be charged to the canceling participant for their share of the shared travel services.

When multiple clients have registered under the same booking and one of them cancels their trip, the cancellation fees are deducted from the amounts collected for that booking, regardless of who made the payment.

In case of cancellation, for any reason, external costs to the trip booked with the Local Agency and incurred by the Client, such as transportation costs to and from the trip departure point (plane, train, or bus tickets), visa fees, travel document fees, and vaccination costs, cannot be reimbursed.

Transfer of Contract

In the event of a contract transfer, the Client must inform the Local Agency by email at least 7 days before departure. This transfer is subject to the availability of air transport and the appropriate level of the transferee. It may incur additional costs (particularly in the case of flight ticket changes and name-specific services), which will be charged to the designated transferee. In any case, the original Client and the transferee are jointly responsible for the payment of the trip price and any additional costs.

CANCELLATION AND ASSISTANCE INSURANCE

To participate in our trips, you must be insured for repatriation assistance and medical expenses abroad.
